INTERIOR
Located in one of Bucharest’s most desirable residential neighbourhoods, this project was designed for a wonderful family with two young daughters.
Our collaboration began with the renovation of the large attic, transforming it into a playful and multifunctional space for the children. As the project evolved, the clients decided to undertake a complete refurbishment of the entire house, giving us the opportunity to redesign every space from the ground up.
The staircase was entirely rebuilt and extended to create a seamless connection with the attic. The kitchen was reconfigured to improve functionality and now includes a cosy breakfast nook with a custom-built bench, designed for everyday family life. The open-plan dining and living areas were completely reimagined to create a better balance between entertaining and relaxation.
In the dining room, bespoke wall panelling frames a hand-painted landscape mural in soft shades of green, complemented by elegant wall sconces that add warmth and character. The spacious living room also incorporates a sophisticated bar area, making it equally suited for family gatherings and entertaining guests.
The clients have a deep appreciation for nature, the colour green, good food and spending quality time together. The interiors were therefore designed to feel welcoming, relaxed and timeless, enriched with carefully curated details and unexpected design accents that reflect their personality.
The daughters’ bedrooms were tailored to their individual passions. One dreamed of dinosaurs, while the other was captivated by the magical world of fairies. Each room was thoughtfully designed to become a unique and imaginative environment where their personalities could truly come to life.
